WRT-4128 - USA (Elizabeth, New Jersey) - Grant Writing Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Research and identify potential funding sources, public grants, private foundation grants and possible local and corporate sponsorships.– Track county, state and federal funding opportunities pertinent to the objectives.– Research, prepare, submit and engage in due diligence follow–ups, including appropriate legislative support of all funding grant applications.– Conduct and facilitate an annual onsite needs assessment and review and develop a plan to identify funding sources for objectives for the year.– Oversight of any administrative services necessary to meet grant requirements, including ongoing reporting requirements and associated coordination with staff.– Prepare and review grant reports and applications.– Prepare and electronically submit monthly status tracking reports.– Conduct and facilitate responses to all grant proposals including narratives and other writing services, statistical gathering, letters of support, budgets and final submissions.– Facilitate coordination between state and county legislative professionals and elected officials with respect to inclusion of earmarked funding for wastewater treatment plant projects.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11,2026.
