(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– General engineering services contracts to supplement agency engineering staff.– Services may be required in the following areas:– Conceptual System Planning– Feasibility Studies– Transmission System Design– Development of Standards– OH/UG Distribution system design– Environmental Studies– Design Review– Drafting (CAD)– Working Drawings Preparation– Geotechnical Survey– Survey / Mapping– Easement Acquisitions– Parcel Legal Descriptions– Static and Dynamic Load Flow Studies– Fault Analysis and Coordination Studies(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
