DES-2708 - USA (Iowa) - Secure Document Destruction Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide secure document destruction services to the government authority located in Iowa.– Services shall include the secure collection, transportation, destruction, recycling, disposal, documentation, and reporting associated with confidential and non–confidential records.– Services may be performed either on–site using mobile shredding equipment or off–site at a secure destruction facility, as directed by the district.– Provide secure collection containers in various sizes, including but not limited to 32–gallon, 64–gallon, and 96–gallon locked containers.– Provide scheduled, on–call, and emergency pickup services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
