CLEANING-12947 - USA (Charlotte, North Carolina) - Janitorial and Building Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and building services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC. – Provide full general labor and professional cleaning services of athletics facilities and event spaces.  – Services may include janitorial and general labor staffing as needed to maintain a variety of athletics facilities and spaces.– General offices/conference rooms– Restrooms and locker rooms– Public areas/hallways/entryways/lobbies– Elevators and stairwells– Basketball courts– Compactor/dumpster areas• Cleaning requirements:– Empty trash containers (trash will be placed by Vendor in university dumpsters)– Dust horizontal furniture– Spot clean desktops– Thoroughly vacuum of all carpets– Removal of carpet stains– Dust mop or sweep hard floors– Clean all sinks with disinfectant cleaner– Clean all doorknobs with disinfectant cleaner– Polish bright metal parts of fixtures– Clean and polish mirrors – Empty and replace liners in all trash cans– Thoroughly vacuum all carpets– Spot clean carpet stains– Dust mop or sweep all hard floors(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Hold pre–proposal meeting/site visit will be held on July 1, 2026.
