(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Winchester, VA.– Provided on an “as–needed” and on–call basis for small projects, including planning, evaluation, design, maintenance, repair, renovation, site improvements, and other related projects requiring professional engineering services. – Services may include evaluations, inspections, investigations, analysis, recommendations, feasibility studies, code compliance reviews, project design and drawings, cost and schedule estimates, specifications, reports, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration. – Services may include structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, fire protection, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, and other related engineering services.– Evaluations, inspections, investigations, analysis, recommendations, reports, and feasibility studies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
