MEDI-7951 - USA (Plano, Texas) - Medical Evaluations Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical evaluations service to the government authority located in Plano, TX.         – Medical and occupational and environmental history questionnaire to be completed by employee and reviewed by physician.– The contractor will maintain medical records in a manner that makes them readily identifiable as plano fire fighter medical records.– Provide occupational health provider services for the career civil service employees of plano fire–rescue.– Medical information must be collected in a database that can provide both aggregate reports as well as specific individual information, that is electronically secure to only pre–authorized medical providers.– The blood analysis must take place prior to physicals and reviewed during physicals.– Comprehensive skin cancer screening.– Conduct job stress and sleep disturbance screening.– Colon cancer screening.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
