(1) Vendor needs to provide infant mental health consultant service to the government authority located in WA. – Provide consultation services to four of agency’s Nurses–Family Partnership (NFP) teams.– Support quality program implementation, nurse/supervisor development, and stress reduction for nurses. – Consultation team meetings will occur at three public health centers that support four NFP teams.• Offer clinical consultation and education in response to issues identified by the NHV and/or supervisor focusing on the following:– Distressed mother: infant relationships, maternal mental illness, trauma– Distressed infants: feeding, sleeping, crying, or interacting dysregulation– Families at increased risk of abuse/neglect or removal of infant– Difficult clients: angry, withdrawn, resistant, or unavailable• The consultation process includes reflection, guidance, and didactic materials.• Support the agency as the expert on their clients and offer guidance and information in a non–judgmental manner, respecting professional boundaries, self–care, and confidentiality.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 11, 2026.
