(1) Vendor needs to provide landlord tenant litigation services to the government authority located in Linden, NJ. – Provide legal advice and take appropriate steps to ensure the full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.– Handle matters related to business administration, program administration, and resident and tenant matters requiring legal input.– Assist with risk management tasks to identify and manage liability risks, including assisting with legal questions related to insurance policies and claims.– Prepare legal briefs, pleadings, memoranda, contracts, and opinions.– Complete legal research and render appropriate written legal advice via legal memoranda.– Other legal services may be requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
