EXTRA-71209 - USA (Clermont, Florida) - Turnkey EV Charging Station and Revenue Sharing Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey EV charging station and revenue sharing services to the government authority located in Clermont, FL.– Program shall include site evaluation, location recommendations, equipment selection, design, permitting, utility coordination, installation, operation, maintenance, customer support, reporting, and revenue sharing.– EV charging stations and associated hardware.– Payment processing equipment, software, or mobile payment platform.– Network connectivity and user interface systems.– Credit card, contactless, mobile, app–based, QR code, or other payment options.– Electrical panels, conduit, wiring, meters, transformers, switchgear, or utility upgrades required for operation.– Operational responsibilities shall include charger activation, network management, pricing implementation, payment processing, customer support, software updates, uptime monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and user communications.– Accounting and reporting procedures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for ten years.
