(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and related services. • Provide strategic communications advice this includes ongoing expertise and support to the communications and engagement team, and to the president and chief officer and registrar, in executing the organisation’s statutory role and responsibilities.• Delivery of priorities in its Communications Strategy.• Advise and support with maintaining and elevating its public profile and awareness of the agency, as suitable for a statutory regulator.• Support the implementation of a cohesive communications programme that centres on the mission to assure patient safety and public trust through effective pharmacy regulation.• Support media engagement, including in challenging or crisis situations
