(1) Vendor needs to provide onsite vision and optometry services to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Provide onsite comprehensive vision and optometry services to the incarcerated population.– Provide a minimum of 24 hours per month of optometrist and 10 hours per month of optician coverage.– Diagnosis, treatment, and management of ocular disease and vision disorders.– Diabetic retinopathy screening and monitoring.– Management of urgent and emergent eye conditions.– Maintain sufficient staffing to meet service demand and avoid excessive waiting times.– Ensure continuity of care and uninterrupted services during staff absences or vacancies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
