Vendor needs to provide lawn care and landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Traverse, MI. – Provide comprehensive lawn care and landscape maintenance services at agency–owned parks and facilities.• Lawn care services:– Grass at all locations to be mowed to average height of 2 ¾” to 3”, except recreation area multi–purpose field and baseball outfield to be mowed to average height of 1 ½” to 2”.– Blow off clippings from paved areas, walkways and artificial playground surfaces.– Trash and tree branches to be removed from the lawn prior to mowing.– Trimming performed around all trees, posts, fences and other structures with each mowing service.– Direction of mowing pattern to be altered on a regular basis to avoid worn spots.• Landscape maintenance services:– Haul away all debris during cleanup.– Pruning of trees, shrubs and perennials as necessary.– Weed control including removal of weeds in landscape beds, along curbs, sidewalks, cracks and joints.• Seasonal clean up services:– Spring and Fall– Pruning of trees, shrubs and perennials– Haul away all debris during cleanup services.• Fertilization services
