(1) Vendor needs to provide interim janitorial services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO. • Empty office area waste/trash containers and deposit the trash into appropriate waste disposal containers. • Empty and clean (inside and out) all restroom, break rooms, coffee bars, and lobby waste/trash containers and disposals; change liners. Replace all sanitary napkin receptacle liners.• If recycle bins are utilized, remove full recycle bins to designated pick–up location (dock), and• replace with empty recycle bins.• Wet mop, or damp mop if LVT flooring is present, all breakroom and restroom floors using a disinfectant.• Clean and disinfect all kitchens and break rooms including, sinks, faucets, tables, countertops, sides, tops and fronts of microwaves and refrigerators.• Clean all restroom mirrors, bright work, chrome pipes, and fittings.• Clean and disinfect sides and tops of restroom stall partitions, doors, doorframes, push plates (all sides), doorknobs and light switches.• Restock restroom dispensers to normal limits (soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, toilet seat covers).• If applicable, clean and disinfect all baby changing stations.
