LEGAL-17756 - USA (Hamilton, New Jersey) - Municipal Prosecutor Service - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal prosecutor service to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.• The Municipal Prosecutor shall provide all necessary and desirable legal counsel and advice requested for the prosecution of cases before the agency on a set schedule, except such crimes and offenses as it may be the duty of the county or state officer to prosecute, and all other functions of a municipal prosecutor, including, but not limited to review of criminal background checks.• Professionals providing services under this contract shall abide by all Rules of Court, the Rules of Professional Conduct, and traditionally expected rules of courtroom etiquette.• Every Monday and Thursday there are two (2) sessions held per day. Morning sessions begin at 8:30 a.m., and afternoon sessions begin at 1:00 p.m.• Every Tuesday, there are three (3) sessions held. The morning session begins at 8:30 a.m., the afternoon session begins at 1:00 p.m., and the evening session begins at 6:00 p.m.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
