General work description: The City of Florissant is requesting bids for citywide apparel. Apparel items will be purchased on an as-needed weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. The City estimates approximately 600–800 items annually. Unit pricing shall remain consistent regardless of order quantity. Bidders shall provide separate pricing for embroidery, logo, screen printing, vinyl lettering, and any other decoration services. A web-based ordering system is preferred but not required. The successful bidder must be capable of providing embroidery, screen printing, and logo services. Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide new, first-quality apparel and customization services. Requirements include: • Consistent sizing, colors, and durability. • Ability to fulfill small and bulk orders without price variation. • Accurate order fulfillment. • Maintain stock of size S–4XL Provide apparel in all colors available for that item in catalog. • Coordinate orders with City departments. Ordering Orders will be issued on an as-needed basis through authorized Purchase Orders. No minimum quantities are guaranteed. Single-item orders may be required. Pricing Pricing shall remain firm for the contract term. Shipping, handling, setup, digitizing, embroidery, screen printing, vinyl lettering, and other customization costs shall be itemized separately. Delivery FOB Destination, Freight Prepay and add. Standard delivery for in-stock items shall be within 10 calendar days after receipt of a valid Purchase Order. Payment Terms: Net 30. Substitutions Manufacturer, brand, and reorder numbers shall be identified. Substitutions require prior written approval by the City of Florissant.
