(1) Vendor needs to provide mail processing services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.         – Correspondence means any printed express mail, certified mail, magazines, marketing materials, etc.– Provide comprehensive services for the preparation, processing, and distribution of correspondence to students, parents, donors, alumni, and other targeted audiences.– Printing correspondence.– Folding correspondence as required.– Inserting correspondence into appropriate mailing packaging.– Sealing mailing packaging.– Labeling, mailing, packaging, and Correspondence as required.– Preparing mailing packages for distribution.– Tabbing mailing pieces.– Metering postage for mailing packages.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
