ESTATE-12464 - USA (Dover, Delaware) - Agricultural Land Lease Services - Deadline December 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide agricultural land lease services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.• The leased land may be used for producing agricultural commodities, including, but not limited to, grain, vegetable, and forage crops (as applicable to the Map legend).• Lessee shall notify the park superintendent no less than 48 hours prior to onsite activities that include, but are not limited to fertilizing, planting, bailing, spreading, spraying, cutting, and any active use of equipment.• Lessee shall, using acceptable control measures, control any and all noxious weeds that grow within the boundaries of the leased land, including Johnson grass, Canada thistle, bur cucumber, giant ragweed, Texas panicum, Palmer amaranth, poison hemlock, and any additional noxious weeds as specified under Delaware State Law(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
