(1) Vendor needs to provide host and ambassador program services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Ambassador staffing, supervision, training, reporting, quality assurance, and program administration. – Visitor hospitality; wayfinding; park monitoring; maintenance and hazard reporting; event support; community engagement; coordination with police, social service and operations partners; program management and supervision.– A visitor center is located in the park where individuals will have access to a climate–controlled office and restroom, access to a computer, security cameras and storage facility.– Program and Special Event Support: equipment check–out; park maintenance; support event setup/breakdown.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
