Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding signage service. • The selected consultant will be expected to provide services including but not limited to:– Assessment of existing signage and navigation challenges in agency.– GIS–based sign location mapping, creating a digital inventory of existing and proposed signage– Public engagement with stakeholders, including agency officials, local businesses, and residents.– Development of a cohesive wayfinding signage plan that incorporates design guidelines, placement strategy, and branding alignment.– Preparation of schematic designs, cost estimates, and phased implementation strategies.– Coordinate with existing agency branding and downtown revitalization initiatives to ensure a cohesive visual identity.– Assistance with bidding and fabrication specifications.• The wayfinding system may include, but is not limited to:– Vehicular directional signage.– Pedestrian directional signage.– Gateway/entry monument signage.– Parking identification and guidance signage– Kiosk or map–based informational signage(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
