Vendor needs to provide kinship navigator program services, individuals considering or transitioning into kinship caregiving roles, children and youth in kinship care arrangements, across all geographic regions of city to the government authority located in Montpelier, VT.– The program helps caregivers navigate the various systems that affect them, including child welfare, aging services, education, housing, and health care.• Increase the stability of kinship caregiving arrangements.• Improve access to public benefits, community resources, and supportive services.• Enhance caregiver knowledge, confidence, and overall well–being.• Reduce barriers families face when navigating child welfare, education, health care, housing, and related systems.• Increase caregiver connection to peer supports, community networks, and informal supports.• Promote the safety, stability, and well–being of children and youth in kinship care arrangements.– Caregiver Support and Coaching: – Offer education on child development, trauma, and caregiving strategies.– Peer and Community Support: – Facilitate or connect caregivers to peer support groups and networks.– Outreach and Identification of Kinship Families: – Conduct targeted outreach to underserved and high–need populations to promote equitable engagement and access to services.– Data Collection and Reporting : – Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services delivered and outcomes achieved within a designated data management system.
