SW-121428 - USA (Colorado) - Database Ongoing Support, Maintenance and Child Care Licensing System Enhancement Service - Deadline December 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide database ongoing support, maintenance and child care licensing system enhancement service.– This system requires 24/7 uptime and requires agency Certified staff to provide any support, maintenance, or enhancements done within the system or associated with the system as the request of the Department.– system is comprised of 4 primary components:– Client web application (IIS Hosted).– Backend processor (IIS Hosted).– Windows services.– SQL Server database.– Work will include support for fixes, enhancements to the system for needed functionality, and maintenance to ensure compliance, safety, and security of the system.– First priority: Level 2 support (provide level 1 support such as password resets, windows issues, network issues, etc.).– Second priority: Maintenance items such as bug fixes, database updates, and other maintenance.– Third priority: Enhancements to the system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
