(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Ventura, CA.– Providers to furnish unarmed, uniformed, professional on–site security personnel for retail and parking lot areas.– Patrolling parking lots and retail premises on foot and/or by vehicle. – Issuing parking citations and monitoring lot usage. – Deterring criminal activity through visible presence and proactive engagement. – Reporting incidents to police, fire, or emergency services as needed. – Maintaining detailed daily activity logs and incident reports. – Providing customer service and assisting patrons as needed. – Be available to escort employees to their vehicles after hours upon request. – Enforcing lot closure times and managing after–hours activity. – Security personnel should be scheduled for 8.5–hour shifts, including a 30–minute unpaid lunch break.– This will result in 8 billable hours per shift. – The Security personnel must document the break on the daily report, and lunch break cannot be skipped to leave the shift early. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
