(1) Vendor needs to provide public access and hybrid meeting technology upgrade service to the government authority located in Oregon. • Reliable, professionally integrated Council Chamber AV system that is simple for staff to operate. • Clear audio and video for in–person, hybrid, and streamed public meetings. • Solution that reduces operational complexity and minimizes reliance on temporary equipment or workarounds. • System should support consistent views of the dais, presenter/public comment area, and audience as needed.• Modernization the selected solution should be based on functional performance, maintainability, compatibility, and value, not on a preselected brand• Provide clear microphone pickup and in–room reinforcement for council, staff, presenters, and public comment as applicable• Address feedback mitigation, system tuning, signal routing, gain structure, and speech intelligibility.• Provide camera coverage appropriate for the dais, presenter/public comment location, and room context.• Recommend displays, video routing, camera controls, streaming or recording support, and any required signal transport.
