(1) Vendor needs to provide dietary services to the government authority located in Tamuning, GU. – Provide comprehensive food service operations at its main hospital campus and the skilled nursing facility..– Reduce the cost of patient meal services relative to the current per–meal–day baseline– Convert cafeteria operations from a cost center to a neutral or revenue–positive function through a concession, revenue–sharing, or hybrid financial model.– Improve dining variety, quality, and service hours for hospital staff, patient families, and visitors within the cafeteria.– Coffee and specialty beverage service.– A dedicated coffee and specialty beverage station, including espresso drinks, teas, and non–alcoholic beverages, shall be operated within the cafeteria.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026
