(1) Vendor needs to provide floating restaurant and food service to the government authority located in Yonkers, NY. – Restaurant or food–service concept, target market, menu and price positioning, branding, marketing strategy, seasonal operations, special events, anticipated customer draw, and the manner in which the concept will activate.– The landing platform will provide the fixed waterfront access point along a steel bulkhead approximately 200 feet long, and the gangway will accommodate changes in water level between the fixed platform and the floating barge or vessel.– Commercial kitchen design.– Restaurant operation licenses and permits– Architectural design of the restaurant building and enclosure.– Food service equipment design.– Restaurant operation licenses and permits(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
