(1) Vendor needs to provide project management and engineering services for industrial propane bulk plant and other hazardous materials facility to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT. – Consultant will be responsible for a comprehensive review and verification of cited code compliance conditions in the areas of fire and life safety codes, agency zoning regulations, emergency management or planning, wetlands regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and the local blight ordinance.– Consultant will employ appropriate engineering and design principles to develop a plan to remediate all cited violations while maintaining physical management of the site(s) during the remediation.– Establish a safety and access plan – no one can enter the property at any time day or night withoutaccess approval and control.– Ensure removal of operable delivery trucks by owner or employees as soon as possible.– Establish access to all locations and equipment on the subject properties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
