(1) Vendor needs to provide communication services.– Provide communication services for the district.– Provide input on communications protocol, messaging, strategy and risk management in collaboration with the office of the superintendent.– Coordinate the release of news items to the press and advise the district officials on the methods of handling new stories.– Provide media relations on an ongoing basis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
