(1) Vendor needs to provide market development consultant service. – Provide agricultural market development professionals to expand market.– Develop commercial relationships between growers and values–based buyers.– Market Development:• Identify values–based commercial market opportunities.• Introduce Idaho producers to qualified buyers.• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic purchasers.• Engage flour mills, maltsters, food manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and institutional procurement teams. – Business Development:• Develop outreach strategies targeting values–based buyers.• Assist with value proposition development for certified products.• Help position Idaho growers as preferred suppliers.– Strategic Advising:• Provide market intelligence on pricing, demand trends, buyer requirements, and competitive positioning.• Advise project staff on opportunities to strengthen supply chain partnerships.• Identify barriers to market entry and recommend solutions.• Recommend strategies for scaling market access.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
