(1) Vendor needs to provide operations services for transportation services under a hybrid broker delivery model comprising a dedicated operations contract and one or more non–dedicated and on–demand providers to the government authority located in La Verne, CA.• Optimize the customer’s trip experience.• Minimize the overall trip cost.• Maximize fleet utilization and productivity.• Provide excellent customer service.• Provide equitable service access and quality on all service providers.• The dedicated provider will operate a suite of core services. This will include managing all facets of day–to–day operations including, drivers, dispatch and call center, operations oversight and fleet assignment.• Non–dedicated providers will operate a select set of services focused primarily with on–demand, overflow and wheelchair–accessible vehicle trips. The non–dedicated providers will be given a range of estimated trips to be completed during peak and off–peak service.(2) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on October 12, 2026.
