(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Carpet cleaning – Auto–scrub non–carpeted floors– Carpet shampooing—dry clean method– Carpet shampooing—extraction method– Clean and disinfect drinking fountains and water filler stations– Graffiti removal– Clean and disinfect wash basins, toilets, urinals, and showers– Clean walk–off mats– Completely vacuum carpet– Damp mop non–carpeted floors– Damp mop and disinfect non–carpeted floors– Sewage cleaning– Descale toilets and urinals– Disinfect furniture, fixtures, walls, partitions, doors, etc.– Dust building and furniture surfaces– Dust mop non–carpeted floors– Empty trash, cigarette butt recycle, and ash receptacles– Machine scrub concrete floors and seal– Machine scrub and recoat– Machine scrub restroom floors– Vacuum carpeted floors– Remove litter, sweep, and/or vacuum obvious soil from floors and mats. – Spot clean, unsightly soil from building, fixture, and furniture surfaces. Spot mop floors to remove liquids and unsightly soil.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) An optional pre–bid conference and site visit will be held on July 30, 2026.
