(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Miami, FL. – Provide architectural, engineering, design, construction, post–design services and commissioning for the agency. • Design requirements:– Architectural Design– Civil Engineering (site, utilities, drainage, and pavement design)– Structural Engineering– Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering– Fire Protection Engineering– Vertical Transportation Systems (elevators, escalators, moving walkways)– Lighting and Acoustical Design– Landscape Architecture– Baggage Handling Systems (BHS)– Passenger Boarding Bridges (as applicable)– Wayfinding and Signage (static and digital)– Information Technology (IT) and Communications Infrastructure• Construction services requirements:– Construction of all terminal and apron expansion and supporting infrastructure– Utility relocations, upgrades, and new installations– Structural, architectural, and systems installation– Airfield & apron marking improvements– Drainage and stormwater management systems– Hydrant fueling systems– Development and implementation of detailed phasing plans– Maintenance of airport operations throughout construction– Construction logistics, staging, and traffic management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
