NEST 2024 "Clean and Green" Calendar

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide printing services for the 2024 NEST “Clean and Green” Calendar. Please refer to the Quick Quote Requirements document for complete specifications. The County will provide an electronic file (PDF) of the calendar to the qualified print vendor after award of the bid. The awarded bidder must meet the order and delivery deadline on or before noon on Wednesday, December 4, 2023 to the locations specified in 3.2 of this scope. Bidder must provide three (3) verifiable references that demonstrate experience in providing printing services as herein specified for their quote to be considered responsible. All references must be submitted using the reference form provided for this bid. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price. DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
