Description
Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) Urban Forestry is establishing multiple contracts with tree care service providers to protect and maintain the City's urban tree canopy through the Street Tree Care (STC) Program. This Contract will be used by PP&R to provide systematic, block-by-block street tree pruning in the public right-of-way, guided by Portland's Urban Forest Plan, Tree Planting Strategy, and Climate Action Plan.
