QVL for A&E Services - Continuous

Community Transit maintains a continuous Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of Prime Architectural & Engineering Consultants to provide a broad availability of disciplines for a variety of transit projects. All Vendors interested in obtaining Prime Contracts with Community Transit are invited to join. Note : Addendums 1-16 have been conformed as of 4/1/26 into the Solicitation document. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS: CONTRACTED FIRMS : Firms that have already established contracts under this procurement with Community Transit, are encouraged to review the following sections: Exhibit 1 – Projected Upcoming Work (Updated: November 5, 2025) Firms already placed on QVL have an option to submit updates and changes. If no updates or changes are received from vendors already on QVL during the annual update process, Community Transit will ordinarily allow such vendors to remain in the QVL, assuming status quo of qualifications. Firms should also regularly validate contact information utilizing Community Transit’s Procurement webpage, to ensure email notifications can be delivered to the appropriate personnel per Section 2.02 a. NEW APPLICANTS : Firms that have not established contracts under this procurement with Community Transit, are encouraged to review the full solicitation packet including addendums and submit the Statements of Qualifications.
