(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Oregon.– Clean and Sanitize all fixtures, partitions and walls, door handles, and grab bars– Clean interior and exterior door/window glass and vestibules– Clean glass around front reception area– Vacuum carpet/rugs in vestibule/entry– Clean and sanitize all tabletops, counters, fixtures and sinks– Clean and sanitize all tabletops, counters, sinks(2) The contract period will be for five years.
