QUALITY-3146 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Laboratory Testing and Analysis Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory testing and analysis services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Full–service laboratory to perform laboratory testing and analysis and data interpretation of new and used lubricants, new and used coolants, diesel and gasoline fuels and CNG fuels.– Vehicle fluids testing and analysis program will submit approximately 7,600 used engine oil samples, 4,300 used transmission oil samples, 1,200 diesel fuel samples and 400 LRV used gear box oil samples for testing.– New bulk items testing.– Providing an online point and click database of test results and analysis, the contractor shall provide data to an existing computer–based program which requires a format that is a comma separated file.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
