(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–tiered systems of support services will deliver in–person support for middle school Mathematics, utilizing evidence–based instructional practices and demonstrating the administrative capacity to support, coach and develop teachers to the government authority located in Newark, DE.• Initial benchmarking: conduct an initial diagnostic assessment of each student's academic strengths and targeted areas for improvement in math. • Stakeholder communication: maintain clear, consistent communication with students, parents, and school staff. provide regular feedback and progress updates on a regular basis. • Classroom alignment: collaborate directly with school district instructional staff to ensure sessions align seamlessly with regular classroom academic instruction and pacing guides. • Quality assurance: participate in periodic evaluations to assess the overall effectiveness of the services and make data–driven instructional adjustments. • Staffing certification requirements: must be certified in the specified content area and have a cleared background check.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
