(1) Vendor needs to provide power wash and solar panel cleaning services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Transit Pedestrian Bridge Cleaning1. Only required for Corona Transit Center.2. Duration: two times per month, two weeks between each visit3. Bridge cleaning is to be performed any day of the week between the hours of 10:00pm to 4:00am– Solar Panel Cleaning1. Required for all facilities listed in Section 4.2. Duration: two times per year for each location, six months between each visit.3. Solar panel cleaning services to be performed any day of the week between the hours of 10:00pm to 4:00am for all locations(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
