This Request for Proposal is being issued on behalf of Marketing Research and Insights (MR&I), a division of the Vice-President External Relations portfolio. The MR&I team provides essential support to various units - primarily within external relations, by delivering insights into audience demographics, behaviours and perceptions to facilitate data-driven decision making. The MR&I team is seeking an industry expert in qualitative and quantitative research. The successful Proponent will demonstrate experience in diverse research methodologies including, but not limited to, surveys, focus groups, User Experience (UX) research, and data analysis; as well as experience in project management and translating insights into actionable strategies.
