Description

The consultant will be hired by the City of New Haven through the New Haven Health Department and will serve as support to the Ryan White Office under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and Project Director, performing specific activities as detailed further in this RFP. Applicants are required to articulate their strategy for how they will successfully and collaboratively coordinate Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) Processes scheduling site visits as needed, technical assistance activities for providers and Ryan White staff, provider communications, data analysis, written reports, and presentations. The consultant is expected to actively contribute to and facilitate collaboration with jurisdiction-wide CQI initiatives.
