(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency sign fabrication services for the fabrication of various signs and markings for county in the event of an emergency to the government authority located in Port Charlotte, FL.• All street signs shall be on .080 aluminum blanks. Sign sizes, which are regulated by the layout of the various streets, are to be 30” x 9”, 36” x 9”, and 42” x 9”.• All street signs are to be made with silver Hi–Intensity Prismatic material, with green EC material overlaid onto the silver material. Street signs are to be green with silver lettering.• All street names are to be 6” C Series letters, with 3” C Series letters designating the type of road (i.e., Street, Road, Boulevard, Avenue, Drive, Way).• The border width is .375”, and the radius of the corners is 1.5”. The maximum size of the street sign blank is 42” x 9”. If the street name, once laid out, will not fit on the 42” blank, the size of the letters can be reduced up to 5” C Series to accommodate the street name (example attached). No letters are to touch or penetrate the borders.• 3M material shall be used.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
