(1) Vendor needs to provide energy trading and risk management (ETRM), portfolio analytics modeling, resource planning modeling and fundamentals software.– Out–of–Box Configuration: Standard state deal types should be supported out of the box, without custom development or vendor intervention for routine setup.– Deal Workflow: The system will provide a full front, middle, and back office deal workflow with role–based access control, deal status tracking, configurable approval processes, and configurable email alerts for deal status changes, edits, approvals, threshold breaches, and other defined events.– Trade Templates: Users will be able to create and manage trade templates for efficient entry of recurring deal types.– Deal Contingencies: The system will capture deal contingencies, basis differentials, exchange deals, multiple deal components, and broker fees.– Go–Live, Cutover, and Parallel Operation: The existing system and the newly implemented system run concurrently so that deal, settlement, credit, and CRR outputs can be reconciled, and any errors identified and corrected.– Data Migration: The implementation will include a complete data migration from the incumbent system (ETRM), including historical deals, contracts, counterparty data, and settlement records.– Customer Revenue: Revenue amounts will be computed from provided revenue rates by segmented load groups. – Budget Reporting: Gross Margin (revenue less cost of goods sold) for budget using both a market settlement approach – Data Hosting: In an ideal case, the system will store data and tables from Big Query or Google Cloud Storage environment and operate as a superficial layer.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
