Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Oak Harbor, OH.• Services are for the entire building.• All carpet vacuumed. All other flooring vacuumed and mopped.• All surfaces will be dusted including desks, counters, phones, and keyboards.• Upstairs sink and faucets wiped down in breakroom.• Exterior/interior doors knobs and interior railings disinfected.• All exterior glass on displays will be inspected for streaks/fingerprints and cleaned when needed.• All interior windows will be inspected and cleaned when needed.• Polish and disinfect the drinking fountains.• Clean and/or disinfect restroom toilets, urinal, handles, railings, floors, sinks, faucets, changing table, and mirrors.• Replenish all paper & soap dispensers.• Empty all garbage cans. Insert trash liners into all receptacles. Place garbage in respective dumpster.
