(1) Vendor needs to provide testing and special inspections services to the government authority located in Tigard, OR. – Provide testing and special inspection services for the 2025 capital bond program.– This program includes the replacement of a middle school and renovations to other existing school facilities.– Services needed include all testing and special inspection services required by all agencies, building codes and the architect’s and engineer’s requirements related to projects within the program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
