CLOTHING-1109 - USA (Ann Arbor, Michigan) - Managed Clothing (Uniform) Program Service - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed clothing (uniform) program service to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.– Provide new, high–quality embroidered work clothing for both men and women on an ongoing basis.– Clothing shall include to t–shirts, polo shirts, button–down shirts, Henley shirts, sweatshirts, pants, high visibility apparel, light jackets, winter jackets, flame–resistant (FR) apparel, and arc–rated apparel, as applicable to employee job duties, unit–specific requirements, City policy, and any applicable labor agreement or memorandum of understanding.– Require logos to be embroidered in full color or in single–color white threading, depending on the garment and program needs.– Shirts, sweatshirts, and outerwear must include the embroidered logo.– A digital file of the logo.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
