CONS-25028 - USA (Boise, Idaho) - Roadside, Sidewalk, and Basin Herbicide Application Services - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide roadside, sidewalk, and basin herbicide application services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.• Services shall include initial and follow–up treatments to control noxious and nuisance vegetation along roadsides, sidewalks, stormwater basin perimeters, upland areas, designated basin side slopes, access roads, and other agency–authorized locations• Pre–Construction. After the Agreement is awarded and before work begins, Contractorshall meet with agency representatives to review the Agreement term, work areas,application schedules, safety requirements, traffic control, regulatory requirements,reporting, and work performance standards. • Work Included. Work includes initial and follow–up herbicide applications for roadsides, sidewalks, basins, access roads, unopened public rights–of–way designated by agency, and other scattered site locations that may be authorized by agency through Change Order or written work directive.• Contractor Responsibility. Contractor shall provide sufficient qualified personnel,equipment, supplies, herbicides, adjuvants, drift–control agents, and traffic control toperform the work in accordance with the Agreement at no additional cost unless thework is specifically authorized as additional work(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–Proposal Meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
