(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development early childhood instructional practices, social emotional learning, and behaviour support services for Early Childhood and Inclusive staff to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.A. Early Childhood Professional Development• Accommodate up to 150 participants per session.• Provide sufficient instructors to facilitate concurrent sessionsB. Virtual Professional Learning• Provide four (4) live virtual professional learning sessions.• Each session shall be approximately two (2) hours in lengthC. Inclusive Prekindergarten (4–Year–Old Classrooms)• Provide one (1) virtual professional learning session.D. Inclusive Prekindergarten (3–Year–Old Classrooms)• Provide one (1) full–day on–site professional development session for approximately fifty–two(52) staff representing thirteen (13) classroom teams(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(4) Contact period will be for three years.
