(1) Vendor needs to provide stop–out re–engagement services. – A strategic partner to help us reconnect with students who left before completing their degree or credentials.– To do that well, we need to engage a digital marketing agency that specializes in re–engaging this audience– one that brings behavioural science expertise, smart data–driven personalization, and automated outreach across digital and social channels.– Shall design social media marketing based on Agency target list and requirements.– Contractor shall reach out to stop–outs via a managed adaptive platform.– Social Media – Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X.– Email (personalized, multi touch sequences).– SMS/text messaging.– Landing pages and microsites.– Multi channel sequencing.– Personalization using institutional data.– Compliance with opt in/consent requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
