(1) Vendor needs to provide move ascension program manager service to the government authority located in Gonzales, LA.– These tasks will include design oversight, right–of–way appraisal and acquisition support, utility coordination, environmental permitting, grant development and administration, and completion.– Provide staff to augment the parish’s capabilities in infrastructure project identification, project prioritization, and grant submittals, as well as overall management and administrative support of grant activities associated with project development and as needed.– Consultant team to assist in the management of the current move ascension program. – Support the move ascension program through targeted project management services. – The controls system serves as a basis for monitoring, tracking, and reporting aspects of the program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
