EDUCATION-18067 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - Operator Training Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide operator training service to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Provide sufficient qualified staff and develop and implement all wastewater staff and compliance training programs. – Training sessions will need to be scheduled over multiple days with potentially multiple sessions per day to ensure all shifts are covered.• WW Operator training:– Perform all or some portion of training required for wastewater treatment staff to include annualoperator training to disinfection, sludge thickening, anaerobic digestion, etc.– Evaluate and update the annual operator training program.– Conduct classroom presentations with various training modules and prepare various Class C and Class A certification examinations to accommodate both new and experienced operators.• Safety training:– Review of safety program to confirm it is complete and recommend revisions as needed.– Conduct monthly safety inspections along with compliance staff.• Pre–treatment training:– Perform pretreatment training for industrial pretreatment staff as it relates to implementing a new program and developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to this new program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
